All counseling & coaching calls will take place on Zoom, Facetime, or What’s App and can be scheduled on a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly basis.

🧠 Christian Life Counseling

90-minute session – $125
Faith-integrated counseling for anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, or relational challenges. These sessions offer a safe, guided space for healing and renewal through prayer, biblical reflection, and evidence-based techniques.

💔 Trauma-Informed Counseling

90-minute session – $125
Gentle, in-depth healing for past wounds and complex emotional pain. These sessions may incorporate:

• IFS (Internal Family Systems)

• EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)

• RRP (Relational Restoration Process)

• Narrative Trauma Work

• NSI (Neuro-Somatic Integration)

Each session is personalized, Spirit-led, and grounded in both clinical and theological wisdom.

🙏 Spiritual Direction & Formation

75-minute session – $105
A prayerful, reflective journey to help you discern God’s movement in your life, deepen your relationship with Him, and grow in spiritual maturity. Ideal for seasons of transition, calling, or seeking deeper connection with Christ.

🎯 Life & Mental Health Coaching

60-minute session – $90
Practical, forward-moving support focused on clarity, confidence, and emotional health. Coaching may include:

• Professional Life Coaching

• Brain Health Coaching

📅 Cancellation Policy

Your time is valuable — and so is mine. To honor both our schedules and make room for others who may be waiting for an appointment, I kindly ask that you observe the following cancellation policy:

• Cancel by 8:00 PM the day before your session – No charge

• Same-day cancellations – 50% of session fee charged

• No-shows or missed appointments without notice – 100% of session fee charged
